However, we understand that occasionally things may not go as planned. In such situations, we have a dedicated Revision and Refund Policy in place. Rest assured that we take full responsibility for delivering the Product in accordance with your instructions and within the agreed timeframe.

This Refund Policy specifically applies to our online activities and is applicable to all Customers who receive Products from Check the Terms and Conditions for interpretations.

Money Back Guarantee

By using our service, you agree to provide us with clear instructions for your order and ensure the accuracy of all details. We are committed to working closely with you and expect you to take reasonable care to ensure the success of your Product, just as you would expect from a reliable company.

If you wish to request a refund, please do so within seven days of receiving the product. You can submit your refund request in writing, either via email or through the Customer Admin Panel. After this 7-day period, we will be unable to consider your refund request. Refunds will be provided according to the terms stated here or at our discretion.

In the event of a delayed delivery, the price will be adjusted based on the new deadline. The price difference between the originally agreed-upon deadline and the final deadline will be refunded to you. Please note that we are not liable for any other circumstances and will not entertain refund claims beyond this.

It’s important to note that we do not accept refund requests for discounts and seasonal offers.

Free Revisions Guarantee

Here at PsychologyWriting, we are committed to ensuring that the work we deliver to you meets your initial instructions and aligns with the guarantees stated on our website. If you believe that revisions are necessary, we offer amendments to the Product at no extra cost.

Simply send us a written request via email or through the Customer Admin Panel. For the Standard assistance plan, it must done not later than 14 days after the delivery date. It’s important to note that if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we assume that you are satisfied with the Product and no longer eligible for a free revision.

For the Superior and 1st Class assistance plans, revisions should be requested not later than 45 and 90 days after the delivery date accordingly.

The time required for our academic experts to make revisions is not included in the original order deadline. In some cases, additional time may be needed to complete the revisions, and we are happy to accommodate this based on your discretion.

If the revision instructions differ from or contradict the initial order instructions, or if more than 14 days have passed since the completion date, you can still request revisions for an additional fee. The fee will be determined individually, taking into consideration the extent of the revisions required. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services, and our friendly team is here to assist you throughout the revision process.

Revision Deadline

If you choose to request a revision under our Free Revision Guarantee, please understand that our academic experts will need additional time to complete the revision and deliver the final Product. In such cases, the revised delivery will not be considered late under our Money Back Guarantee.
