The sexual life of a person is still a taboo topic for numerous people, and some individuals avoid gaining any new knowledge about it. Nevertheless, currently, the internet offers thousands of reliable sources on sex, and there are even educational quizzes dedicated to the subject. “The Ultimate Sex Quiz” is an example of content that maintains a balance between entertaining people and letting them discover surprising facts about sex.
Personally, the quiz helped me learn about many new details related to human physiology, yet the majority of questions were not difficult to answer. For instance, I believed that premature ejaculation was a rare problem affecting only a small portion of males; I was surprised to discover that up to twenty percent of males experience it. Additionally, I did not give correct answers to several questions concerning certain parts of the human body. For example, the quiz allowed me to acquire knowledge about the functions of the pudendal nerve, which are different in male and female bodies (“The ultimate,” n.d.). My overall score for the current quiz was seventy percent since I gave fourteen correct answers. The results did not surprise me because I knew exactly where I could be wrong, but the quiz demonstrated that I lack certain knowledge about sex and human physiology. I also gave the quiz to my friend who is studying to become a biologist, and their score was ninety-five percent, which was not surprising because they read extensively on the topic.
“The Ultimate Sex Quiz” is a good source of information on matters related to people’s sexual activity, and it can help individuals discover new facts about their bodies. I was surprised to learn about the functions of the pudendal nerve and that premature ejaculation was quite common among men. I believe such quizzes help motivate people to dedicate their time and efforts to researching their physiology.
