To be introverted, imaginative people can mostly overlook the external stimulations when they are actively involved in an activity focusing on it intensively (Friedman, 2005). During a stage performance, artistic people are seen as extroverted because of their ability to be passionately engaged in the activity regardless of the outside of the stage. These people are viewed to be introverted, and that is precisely who they are.
Creative people are those who have mastered how to observe and interpret the nature of humanity. With the understanding of human nature, observation is a tool and a raw material for the process of creativeness. The century’s creativity is the powerful force behind the modern world trade due to the rise of creative thinkers, and through their thinking, the economy has been created. Looking at this topic, what rises is the need for the people and nations to know the kind of world they actually would want to stay in (Friedman, 2005). Such knowledge is what makes creativity a powerful and undeniable force to propel the future and give the blueprint of humanity’s progress. In the 19th-century, humanity struggled with transportation issues, but these problems are nonexistent in the current generation due to creativeness (Friedman, 2005). The innovation in the transport industry has revolutionized river, canal, road, ship, and air transport. In the communication sector, the revolution that has occurred in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry has caused the transfer of data, ideas, and money transactions to be faster and even instant (Friedman, 2005). Creating such things as the internet has globalized the world as well. It can be seen when an event takes place in one nation, and it is instantly known worldwide.

Unlike the past centuries, the 21st century has increased demands as the world’s population grows. The trade organization, transport regulations, and international institutions’ coming up brought the need for coordination across the globe (Amabile et al., 1990). Due to creativity, organizations were formed to propagate various kinds of ideas, products, and services, and, as a result, innovativeness is increased globally.

The 21st century has seen a rise of a group of people known as the creative class. These are people with high IQs, comprising supper clever men and women whose main intentions are to develop new ideas, technology, and creative programs. This class of persons is created with tremendously imaginative minds, making them innovative in creating commercial offerings and products.
