Introduction

Interconnectivity between individuals is an essential factor among people cause of the profound effect of social relations under the family unit. The main responsibility of parents involves advocating for optimal coordination among children to enhance cognitive development. According to Gottman and Silver (2015), happy marriage involves developing shared meaning among the distinct parties. It is an initiative that fosters profound relationships among counterparts in the same household to enhance personal growth and development. The incorporation of distinct values and conditions for interaction contributes to the development of social identity and intensification of the family bond. An excellent example of a case study that demands the intersection of cognitive-behavioral therapy is poor synergy within Jim and Stacie’s family. Behavioral antidote fosters proficiency in the articulation of bonds among characters in one domiciliary.

The family stability of Jim and Stacie enshrines the essence of incorporating a treatment that boosts the level of interaction and communication among the members. The behavioral change between the children, that is, Liz and Sarah, emerges from the common problem of poor networking within the household. During growth and development, it is important for the teenagers to highly interact with the parent to seek counsel. In this case, it is vital that Liz gets optimal guidance and love from her parents as a teenager struggling to establish her social identity. I decided to use psychological-behavioral therapy due to its significant efficiency based on the three mainframes. The different aspects of the treatment encompass cognitive assessment, physiological responses, and mindfulness-based ideologies. The integration of the curative strategy provides a proficient solution to the emergent issue regarding poor relations between parents and the two children, that is, Liz and Sarah.

Micro, Mezzo, and Macro Factors in Family Relationships among Children

In middle childhood, the key factor entails the liberation of a minor to explore the social phenomenon and cognitively learn behavioral responses among peers and adults. There is a significant influence from the micro, mezzo, and macro elements during this development stage, mainly because it is the peak of learning language and interactive practices (Aubrey & Riley, 2018). In a different spectrum, brain development during middle childhood depends on exposure to dynamic sociological influences. Therefore, the response at this stage is communicating and learning the best practices (Richardson et al., 2018). At the middle childhood stage, Liz and Sarah enhanced their social capital with other children from the neighborhood. It is an aspect that led to the lifestyle change Liz from pursuing medical studies. She also showed a confrontational attitude towards Jim and Stacie. Further, Sarah learned the basic social interactions from my siblings and parents. The major elements that influenced her personality and learning curve involved the macro factors and the socio-organizational structure. It was in middle childhood that Liz began to attend school. While in the learning institution, the milestones enshrined the academics’ comprehension and reflection during the examination grading.

Social identity is an essential factor during the growth and development of an individual. In this case, street gangs take advantage of the vulnerable children living in the streets, mainly from poor and dysfunctional families (Bailey et al., 2021). Members of street gangs exploit the children through the spectrum and significance of a masculine-state social identity. It is a strategy that renders a profound connection and the build-up of relationship and loyalty with a teenager, hence fostering a change in lifestyle ideologies (Longfield, 2019). A poorly constructed social structure negatively impacts a child’s personality and psychological growth (Adam et al., 2018). Although an individual seeks security and love from the mother at infancy, it is contrary to early and middle childhood. In early childhood, Liz and Sarah experienced significant changes in their bodies and communication with their parents, that is, Jim and Stacie. At the previous stages, an individual’s growth and learning curve stray based on the environment’s nature. A habitat that involves domestic violence negatively affects the child’s mental, cognitive, and psychological growth.

Variables enhancing Vulnerability of Children and Teenagers

A child gets exposed to dynamic factors that foster the vulnerable nature of dependence and immoral behavioral traits. An excellent example of such a condition is drug addiction. A significant percentage of peer groups use drugs and substance abuse to enhance a child’s and teenagers’ reliance on the group’s support system. There is a substantial difference between substance-related and process addictions mainly due to the individual’s integral behavior. The process of dependence encompasses the theoretical construct of developing a therapeutic habitat. The restructuring of an environment to accommodate the rehabilitation and recovery process of the addicts is a different hypothetical framework from the essence of changing policies and laws (Lewis et al., 2018). On the other hand, substance-related theories entail constructs that address the use and distribution of drugs. Institutional and government policies such as the Health Acts foster the provision of care for the victims while regulating the distribution of drugs to the community. Although substance-related and process addictions theoretical frameworks enhance effective treatment procedures, the two variables develop dynamic levels of impact.

Addiction is considered a significant issue to the healthiness of an individual mainly because it influences brain performance. The dependence on drugs is an issue that emerges from learning a behavior negatively attributing to healthy living among people. Scientifically, it is stated that the chemical and biological composition of the drug interacts with the neurotransmitters in the brain (Jordan & Andersen, 2017). The combination leads to the overstimulation of the brain cells, leading to an addiction level of the substance for relief. Once the chemical compounds accumulate in the brain system, they create an environment in which the neurotransmitters adapt to reduce their energy production (Jordan & Andersen, 2017). The dependence of the neurotransmitters on the chemicals as stimulants fosters compulsion. Substance abuse and addiction pose an imperative threat to the health and well-being of children, teenagers, family members, the community, and national growth and development. It is crucial for Jim and Stacie to utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy to improve the relationship with Liz and Sarah to prevent the vulnerability in drug addiction in an attempt to establish social identity.

The family is the basic social unit that influences development of social identity. The environment influences moral character development among teenagers. One of the consequences of inefficient communication involves the translation to violent tendencies from the children. Impoverished care and love from parents negatively affect the health of the children. In this case, it is essential to establish an effective care model that fosters healing from childhood and traumatizing teenage experiences. The relationship management simulation of faulty interactions features such ideologies as the essence of developing a peaceful and inclusive environment under cognitive-behavioral therapy. Schipp and Augustin (2021) indicate that the key effective measure to promote healthy living encompasses implementation of metaparadigm of nursing. The aspect enshrines advocating for person-centered approach and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Experiencing aggression profoundly impacts mental condition that risks development of trauma. As a result, it is crucial to establish a model of care that involves intersectionality of social learning values for counterparts as a solution to psychological illnesses.

Psychological treatment is a multidimensional phenomenon that enshrines the incorporation of dynamic initiatives. The main essence of therapy is the coherence of environmental and social frameworks that advance interdependence and functionalism of human body (Wagner et al., 2019). Promoting health encompasses addressing inherent perspectives on harmonizing the distinct variables advocating interaction between environment and well-being. While person-centred approach encapsulates focusing on an individual’s salubrious mainframe, cognitive behavioral entails the intersection of rehabilitative essence on deteriorative habits among distinct entities, such as addictions (Van Den Bos et al., 2017). Integrating variables of cognitive-behavioral therapy fosters the development of an avenue that appreciates diversity, humanism, and the metaparadigm of nursing. Other ideological overviews that improve interdependence involve the social learning theorem.

There is a significant interdependent relationship between social relations and character development. According to Xu et al. (2020), the primary solution to prevailing mental illnesses in the society lies in the implementation of an action plan that reflects sufficiency in learning moral and virtual personalities. Interpersonal violence is a construct that renders profound influence of teenagers’ tendencies to negatively decipher interactions and relationship-building approaches. It is important that relevant stakeholders in healthcare appreciate interdependence across dynamic entities under the spectral view of metaparadigm of nursing. As a care model, patients’ effective treatment requires prominent coordination among relevant parties reconstruct a therapeutic environment.

Social learning regards the aspect of constructing character based on the practices and belief system. Personal growth and development involve the intersection of patient-centered approach and the necessary environmental values. On the one hand, it is the responsibility of medical practitioners to protects clients’ lives. On the other hand, the implementation of effective remedy entails articulation of individualistic perspective as an endeavor in promoting autonomy and efficiency in harmonizing environmental values. Schipp and Augustin (2021) postulate that a significant percentage of counterparts seek therapeutic solutions on sharing aspects concerning best lifestyle habits. It is the responsibility of distinct entities to improve living quotient among entities based on restructuring socially-based pillars. The lack of coherence regarding remedial solutions is the dependence on distinct virtuous acts.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it is important that the family of Jim and Stacie utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy to enhance the quality of the relationship. In this case, Liz and Sarah attain cognitive reasoning to share their life experiences and the ideal solution to domestic issues. As a result, the approach improves the connection between the parents and the children while establishing a platform of understanding based on the developmental phases. Integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy renders the proficiency in learning morally-upright responses and social relations. One of the key values to enhance within a household is the sharing of distinct values, such as hobbies and sporting activities. In this case, the counterparts establish a rapport based on creating positive memories and intensifying the bond. The core factor of consideration across the entity of healthy living involves reconstructing the environment to enhance attainment of proficient relationship-buildings perspectives.
